Qualitative research method is used in this research. The research community in the qualitative stage includes university professors, managers and high officials of sports in the country, experts of sports federations and senior managers in the field of international sports relations. The sampling method was theoretical and purposeful, and the researcher tried to study the subject of the research by taking advantage of the opinions and participation of experts. In this research, library, field, and semi-structured interview methods were used to collect data until reaching theoretical saturation. The results of data analysis were obtained using Max Kyoda (2020) qualitative analysis software, during three stages of open, central and selective coding. Finally, 227 primary concepts were extracted. The review and analysis of the interviews showed that there are five influential categories including environmental factors, human resource management factors, individual factors of efficient people, organizational factors and communication factors. Using effective people in the field of sports diplomacy in order to plan in the field of productivity and use the abilities and sports expertise of these people in meeting the needs and progress of the country's sports can be an effective step in the development of the country's diplomacy. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیبن شاخص‌های کاربردی در دیپلماسی ورزش است. در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق کیفی استفاده شده است. جامعه تحقیق در مرحله کیفی، شامل اساتید دانشگاه، مـدیران و مسـئولین بـالای ورزش کشور خبرگان فدارسیون‏های ورزشی و مدیران ارشد در حوزه روابط بین‏المللی ورزشی هستند. روش نمونه‏گیری از نوع نظری و هدفمند بود و پژوهشگر سعی کرد با بهره‌گیری از نظرات و مشارکت افراد خبره درباره موضوع پژوهش به واکاوی و موشکافی رویداد و پدیده موردنظر بپردازد. در این پژوهش از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای، میدانی، و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تحلیل کیفی مکس کیودا (2020)، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به دست آمد. در نهایت، تعداد 227 مفهوم اولیه را استخراج نمود. مرور و تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد در محور ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها پنج مقوله تأثیرگذار شامل عوامل محیطی، عوامل مدیریت منابع انسانی، عوامل فردی افراد کارآمد، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل ارتباطی، وجود دارند. استفاده از افراد موثر در حوزه دیپلماسی ورزشی به منظور برنامه‌ریزی در زمینه بهره‌وری و استفاده از توانایی‌ها و تخصص ورزشی این افراد در رفع نیازها و پیشرفت ورزش کشور می‏تواند گامی موثر در توسعه دیپلماسی کشور باشد. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_935_0bcc45f91f0fefe2b9cd4cb852817e80.pdf
