This research is developmental-applicative in terms of its nature, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory-sequential design. The target population of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic. In order to conduct in-depth interviews and collect qualitative data from the targeted technique to the theoretical saturation stage, 17 people were selected as a sample, and to complete the questionnaires made by the quantitative researcher, a sample of 5 Person was suggested. The validity of the data of the qualitative part of the research was confirmed through continuous observation and review by a colleague, and the reliability of the data was estimated at 89% using the bicoder index method. The validity of the quantitative data was confirmed by using the Lavshe content validity ratio of 80% and their reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 86%. Based on the thematic analysis method based on the model of Braun and Clark (2006), the drivers affecting the future of sports-workers in Iran were identified and then modeling was done using structural-interpretive analysis (ISM). In the findings of the research, 112 primary concepts were identified in the form of 23 sub-themes and 15 main themes. These drivers were placed on the first level in the seven levels of the structural-interpretive model consisting of drivers of needs assessment, promotion of supervision and promotion of innovation, which had the least impact on other drivers, as well as information system drivers. And the development of interactions in the second level and the drivers of attitude change, social status, economic platforms and media attention were placed in the third level of the research model. Also, drivers of operational planning and financial resources were placed at the fourth level, and drivers of efficient management and infrastructure development were placed at the fifth level, and finally, cultural drivers were placed at the sixth level and planning. They were strategically placed at the seventh level of the model. Therefore, according to the role of workers in the development and improvement of the country, managers should use all available capacities to promote public and professional sports among the working class with comprehensive planning and infrastructure development. هدف این مطالعه طراحی الگوی پیشران­های موثر بر آینده ورزش­کارگری در ایران بود. این تحقیق از نظرهدف توسعه­ای - کاربردی و از لحاظ­ماهیت، آمیخته (کیفی - کمی) با طرح­ترکیبی اکتشافی – متوالی است. جامعه­­هدف پژوهش خبرگان آگاه به موضوع­تحقیق بودند. جهت انجام مصاحبه­های­عمیق و جمع­آوری داده­های­کیفی از تکنیک­هدفمند تا مرحله اشباع­نظری 17 نفر بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و برای تکمیل پرسشنامه­های محقق­ساخته بخش­کمی، نمونه­ای به تعداد 5 نفر پیشنهاد شد. روایی داده­های بخش­کیفی پژوهش از طریق مشاهده­مداوم و بازبینی توسط­همکار تایید و پایایی­داده­ها با شیوه شاخص دوکدگذار 89% برآورد گردید. روایی داده­های بخش­کمی با بهره­گیری از نسبت روایی­محتوایی لاوشه80 % و پایایی آنها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 86 % تایید شد. از شیوه تحلیل­تماتیک مبتنی بر مدل براون و کلارک (2006) پیشران­های موثر بر آینده ورزش­کارگری در ایران شناسایی و سپس مدل­سازی با استفاده از تحلیل ساختاری – تفسیری (ISM) انجام شد. در یافته­های پژوهش، 112 مفهوم­اولیه درقالب 23 تم­فرعی و 15 تم­اصلی شناسایی شدند. این پیشران­ها در هفت­سطح مدل ساختاری – تفسیری متشکل از پیشران­های نیازسنجی، ارتقای­نظارت و ارتقای­نوآوری در سطح ­اول قرار گرفتند که کمترین تاثیرگذاری برروی سایر پیشران­ها داشتند و همچنین، پیشران­های سیستم­اطلاعاتی و توسعه­تعاملات در سطح­ دوم و پیشران­های تغییرنگرش، جایگاه­اجتماعی، بسترهای­اقتصادی و توجه­رسانه­ها در سطح­سوم الگوی پژوهش قرار گرفتند. همچنین، پیشران­های برنامه­ریزی عملیاتی و منابع­مالی در سطح­ چهارم و پیشران­های مدیریت­کارآمد و توسعه زیرساخت­ها در سطح پنجم قرار گرفتند و در نهایت پیشران­ فرهنگ­سازی در سطح ­ششم و برنامه­ریزی­راهبردی در سطح­ هفتم الگو قرار گرفتند. لذا باتوجه به نقش کارگران در توسعه و آبادانی کشور، مدیران باید با برنامه‌ریزی­ جامع و توسعه زیرساخت­ها از همه ظرفیت‌های موجود برای ارتقای ورزش همگانی و حرفه‌ای در بین قشر کارگر استفاده نمایند. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_998_c9c011efeffe6723f94d426b3e7c1774.pdf
