چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقشة مکانیابی فضاهای ورزشی شهرستان سمنان بر اساس پهنه‌بندی با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر آمیخته از نوع کیفی و کمی بود. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی شامل کلیة فضاهای ورزشی (بخش خصوصی و دولتی)، (سرپوشیده و روباز) که زیر ساخت ورزش شهرستان بود به صورت کل شمار بررسی گردید. در بخش کیفی از قانون سرانگشتی(5 تا 20 برابر متغیرهای مشاهده پذیر) تعداد 300 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به سؤالات به صورت داوطلبانه پاسخ دادند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر شامل مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامة محقق ساخته بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون کلوموگروف اسمیرنوف برای بررسی توزیع نرمال داده ها و معادلات ساختاری روش تحلیل عاملی مرتبه اول دو عاملی استفاده شد. نتایج حاضر نشان داد که در بررسی پراکنش و جانمایی فضاهای ورزشی بیشترین فضاها در مناطق مرکز، شرق و تعدادی در غرب قرار داشتند و در بخش جنوبی شهرستان فضای زیادی رویت نگردید. در تحلیل مدل میزان تبلیغات عمومی بالاترین و میزان نظارت بر اماکن ورزش پایین ترین بار عاملی را در بخش عملکرد اداره ورزش شهرستان و فراهم کردن زمینه مشارکت اقشار مختلف و ارائه برنامه برای مربیان و داوران بالاترین بار عاملی و حمایت از مربیان و داوران پیشکسوت پایین‌ترین بار عاملی را در بخش عملکرد هیئت ها به خود اختصاص داد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of investigating the location map of sports spaces in Semnan city based on using GIS. The method of the present study was a combination of qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population in the qualitative section including all sports spaces (private and public sector), (indoor and outdoor) which was the infrastructure of sports in the city was surveyed as a whole. In the qualitative part of the thumb rule (5 to 20 times the observable variables), 300 people were selected by random sampling and answered the questions voluntarily. Data collection tools in the present study included semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, Klomogorov-Smirnov test was used to investigate the normal distribution of data and structural equations of the first-order two-factor factor analysis method. The present results showed that in the study of the distribution and location of sports spaces, most of the spaces were located in the center, east and some in the west, and not much space was observed in the southern part of the city. In analyzing the model, the amount of public advertising is the highest and the amount of supervision of sports venues is the lowest factor in the performance of the city sports department and providing the ground for participation of different strata and providing programs for coaches and referees the highest factor and supporting veteran coaches and referees The most important factor was in the performance of the delegations.
