Abstract

The current research was conducted with the aim of determining the indicators of obstacles and negotiations of leisure time with an emphasis on physical activity and presenting a desirable qualitative model. The research method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The community studied in the qualitative part of this research was made up of the staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the heads of sports federations related to public sports. The snowball sampling method continued until theoretical saturation (17 interviews) was reached. Experts in the field of sports and experts in the field of youth of the general departments of sports and youth of the provinces of the country were the statistical community in the quantitative part of this research, whose approximate number is 186 people, who were selected in full due to the limited number of statistical samples.

The qualitative data analysis process was carried out based on Strauss and Corbin's systematic model in three stages: primary coding, central coding and selective coding. At the end of the three stages of coding, the layers of the final research model are presented individually and schematically, and finally, the final research model was presented by combining these layers, and in the quantitative part of inferential statistics; Confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the validity of the questionnaire structure, structural equations were used to test the model, and Friedman's test was used to prioritize the factors.
