Abstract

The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of analyzing the interactive relationships between the strategies of the Badminton Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to win a medal in the 2026 Asian Games in the men's and women's divisions. The present research is one of the mixed researches that was conducted in the form of qualitative and quantitative methods and according to its application in sports environments, it is one of the practical researches. The statistical population of the research includes sports management experts and experts in the field of strategic planning (at least two research articles in the field of strategic planning), badminton sports experts of the country (coaches (level 1 and international), referees (level 1 and international), managers Teams (with more than 10 years of team history) and elite athletes (with medals in international badminton competitions with at least a bachelor's degree) and directors of the badminton federation and heads of provincial badminton committees who have master's and doctorate education. The research collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. In the quantitative analysis part of the research, Dimtel method was used. After completing the Delphi rounds, the remaining indicators were categorized into 10 dimensions and 36 sub-components. In the following, 10 components of organizational structure and organization, infrastructure and facilities, human resources, economic, communication, educational, talent search, sports events, badminton clubs and planning were used to carry out Dimtel's method.
