Due to the need to identify the managers' experience, 12 interviews were conducted for this purpose. The tools of data collection in the current research were semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. Shannon entropy and coding method was used to investigate the qualitative part of the research and structural equation method was used to investigate the quantitative part. Also, this factor had 85 codes. The results of Shannon's entropy showed that among the components identified regarding the experience of football federation managers, indexing items and agile development survey were identified as the most important items. The results of the path analysis show that the agile development survey with a value of 0.76 has the greatest effect on the assimilation factor.
