چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی چالشها و راهبردهای مطلوب حضور بانوان در ورزش قهرمانی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد استراوس-کوربین بوده و مشارکتکنندگان شامل بازیگران مختلف حوزه ورزش قهرمانی زنان از جمله شامل اساتید و پژوهشگران، مدیران و مسئولین کمیته ملی المپیک و فدراسیونها، مربیان، ورزشکاران، مالکان تیم و باشگاههای بانوان بودند. روش انتخاب شرکتکنندگان نمونهگیری هدفمند بوده و مصاحبههایی نیمهساختار یافته با 15 نفر از آنان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. یافتهها حاکی از آن است 18 مقوله فرعی در قالب پنج مقوله اصلی دستهبندی میشوند به‌طوریکه عوامل علی شامل، دستاندازهای مالی و اداری، قواعد حاکم بر ورزش بانوان و فقدان بالندگی مربیان خانم، عوامل زمینهای شامل، ارزشهای جنسیتی خانوادگی، نابرابری جنسیتی و محدودیت فضا و امکانات، عوامل مداخلهگر شامل، مسئله آفرینی فقهی و واکنش منفعلانه در رویارویی با نابرابری، راهبردها شامل، تجاریسازی ورزش قهرمانی بانوان، مدیریت استعداد، الگوسازی، حمایت همه جانبه از ورزش قهرمانی بانوان، تعامل سازنده، جامعهپذیری جنسیتی، قانونگذاری در ورزش قهرمانی بانوان و پیامدها نیز شامل، توسعه کیفی و کمی ورزش قهرمانی بانوان در داخل و خارج از کشور هستند. مدل پیشنهادی میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری تحلیلی مبنای برنامهریزی، تصمیمگیری و اقدام در زمینه ورزش قهرمانی بانوان ایران قرارگیرد تا با بکارگیری راهبردهای متنوع، چالشهای موجود حضور مطلوب بانوان در ورزش قهرمانی مرتفع شوند.

چکیده [English]
The current research was conducted with the aim of identification the challenges and strategies for the optimal presence of women in championship sports.The current research is based on the foundation's data theory with the Strauss-Corbin approach, and the participants include various actors in the field of women's championship sports, including professors and researchers, managers and officials of the National Olympic Committee and federations, coaches, athletes, team owners and there were women's clubs. The method of selecting the participants was purposive sampling and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 of them until theoretical saturation was reached. The findings indicate that 18 subcategories are classified in the form of five main categories such that causal factors include financial and administrative obstacles, rules governing women's sports and the lack of development of female coaches, background factors. This includes family gender values, gender inequality and space and facilities limitations, intervening factors, jurisprudential problem creation and passive reaction in facing inequality, inclusive strategies, commercialization of women's championship sports, talent management, modeling, All-round support for women's championship sports, constructive interaction, gender socialization, legislation in women's championship sports and the consequences also include qualitative and quantitative development of women's championship sports inside and outside the country. The proposed model can be used as an analytical tool for the basis of planning, decision-making and action in the field of Iranian women's championship sports in order to overcome the challenges in the field of women's optimal participation in championship sports by using various strategies.
