Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the factors and obstacles affecting the development of sports for all during the Corona era, and presenting appropriate solutions in the post- Corona. The research employed a qualitative methodology, with a statistical population comprising 16 individuals from the human resources and information resources departments, along with the analysis of 45 relevant documents. The interviewees and information sources were purposefully selected to ensure theoretical saturation. The findings were analyzed using a three-step conceptual coding method, resulting in a final conceptual framework with 66 components and 9 dimensions in the factors section, 138 components and 11 dimensions in the obstacles section, and 77 components and 7 dimensions in the solutions section. The factors section highlighted various aspects, including structural and managerial, financial and economic, recreational and sports, cognitive and value factors, creativity and innovation, facilities and services, facilities and equipment, scientific and educational, and informational and media factors. The obstacles section identified dimensions such as structural and managerial, individual and personal, psychological, family, welfare and environmental barriers, accessibility, facilities and economic, infrastructural, cultural, social and informational, and scientific and educational barriers. Moreover, this research offers solutions for the development of sports for all in the post-Corona era. Based on the research findings, it can be stated that in the field of mass sports, the status of mass sports requires attention to sectors and overcoming its obstacles through areas such as establishing new sports facilities and also equipping and repairing existing sports facilities.
