The purpose of this research was to design the relationship model of social capital and organizational intelligence in the ministry of sports and youth of Iran. The research method was a correlation, descriptive and the analytic. Statistical population of this study included 850 managers and employees that working at the all levels at the ministry of sports and youth in Iran. On the basis of Morgan table, 265 persons were cluster-randomly selected as the research samples. To achieve the research goals, MLQ Putnam social capitaland Albrecht organizational intelligence questionnaires were used. Validity of two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.92, and 0.72 respectively. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov -Smirnov, T- Single sample test, and path analysis were used and for determination of the causal relationship between variables the method of structural equations model by application of Amos. Graphics V.18 software and SPSS.V.16 were used. Research findings showed that organizational intelligence is not desirable, and social capital is desirable at the ministry of youth and sports of Iran. There is a significant relationship between social capitals with organizational intelligence. Their relationship model has desirable goodness. Also at their relationship appetite for change with coefficient of 0.82, sprit and the cognitive with coefficient of 0.8 have the most roles.

Managers can play an important role in guiding and leading organizations regarding their duties and authority and in knowledge management refers to the management tasks, roles and competencies. So, the aim of present study is to designing a core competencies pattern for appointment of middle sport managers in Iranian ministry of sports and youth. The main information gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire including competency components which was designed and edited by applying theoretical principles and frameworks. In order to make sure about validity of this questionnaire, an expert’s panel composed of management professors was applied. For testing its reliability, 30 questionnaires were completed and 95% Cronbach’s alpha was calculated which was an appropriate reliability coefficient for this study. Statistical population of this study was composed of all sport management professors in universities, chairman of the federations and also elected leaders and experts of the ministry of sports and youth (N=450). Due to the large population study class random sampling method was used (n=209). Data analysis of this study was done by the method of descriptive and inferential statistics and using factor analysis and Friedman’s ranking in Excel and SPSS software environments. Analysis results revealed the approval of 48 competency indications in 11 components and 4 dimensions. According to conclusion of this research ,it is recommended that the final model of research and identified indicators such as confidence, anticipation and foresight, evaluation and monitoring management performance and attitudes to creativity and innovation as criteria for appointment Middle Sport Managers in Iranian Ministry of sports and youth to good and proper rearing would be done at this level.

The Purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between organizational factors and knowledge management in elite sports organizations. This survey is a correlation. Due to the limitations of the statistical community, with a total sample population of the study consisted of athletic directors which included Deputies selected national sport organizations country(103 individuals). Finally, 87 individuals responded to the sent questionnaires. Validity and reliability were confirmed. Data was collected by questionnaire and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods SPSS19 (Pearson, Spearman's, regression) was analyzed. Results indicated that, except for dimensions and structure of the supporting ICT and strategic thinking, focusing, among other components of organizational knowledge, there is a significant positive relationship. Results indicate average condition because of too much focus on knowledge management and organizational structure of the research centers. As a result, managers must establish knowledge management in organizations with dimensions of organizational factors in mind, and through education and participation as possible and giving freedom to the employees, and the lack of excessive restrictions for establishing of the job security and to strenghten and support a culture of trust and the use of technology as an effective tool for the collection, storage, transmission and dissemination of knowledge, the plaque over their work.

Social consensus is one of the main issues of the past, long regarded experts in the field of social and cultural studies. Over time, it not only did not lose its importance, but also has gained global importance because of increasing developments on the international scene. Social consensus as a fundamental component of social capital and of factors affecting social relations that daily wear tends to be weak. This issue has been observed globally and nationally. The analysis of this issue was designed on the basis of Bourdieu's theories and schools Pantam and functionalism and symbolic interactionism. The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes of sports and non-sports administrators the ability to predict the rise of social consensus athletics (act of communication, establish social order, social balance and social conformity).
This is due to the implementation of the survey. The study samples were non-sport athletic directors from among the directors of the country's 31 provinces, among the ten provinces of the two million people were randomly selected. Therefore, among the directors, 5 persons including directors and assistant athletic departments of physical education unsporting AstanHa managers and directors of the political, security to 3 Estandard 31 and deputy director of the Office of culture and the number 2 of persons Who have experience in the culture of order, stability, providing solidarity (total of 5 persons as directors of non-sports) for a total of 100 individuals were sampled. Data collection tools in the study was a questionnaire. To assess the internal consistency reliability of the items as well as "alpha" was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 16.
Data analysis showed a variable that participation in athletics all four dimensions of social consensus (communicative action, establish social order, social balance and social conformity) has a significant relationship(p≥ 0.05). However, multiple regression analysis showed that the only variable highest correlation due to social conformity, /158 explaining the variance in athletics given that the variance of F is observed. As a result, the first regression Level 0/01 showed significant predictive ability in athletics is only after, social conformity a nd in three dimensions (act of communication, establish social order, social balance) This predict can not be of the meaning.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of 6 weeks of aerobic exercise on pulmonary function due to increasingly high and low BMI index in sedentary students. Therefore, 33 healthy male students aged 25±5 years were selected as the sample into two groups: BMI lower (BMI <25) and high BMI (BMI >25) were divided. Both BMI and Spirometric indices were measured and then they did a progressive aerobic exercise, three times a week, respectively. Spirometry test and BMI were measured again after six weeks (indicators of FVC, FEV1). Paires Sample T-test was used to investigate the effect of exercise on pulmonary function within the group. But in order to determine the effect of exercise on pulmonary function in patients with high BMI and low, Independent- Sample T-test was used. Data analysis showed that after 6 weeks of progressive aerobic exercise FVC, FEV1 in both high and low BMI group, there were significant differences (P<./05). Generally, we can conclude progressive aerobic exercise can have a positive effect on lung function indices.

Happiness is a mental status that can’t be merely considered by mind attitude and regardless social conditions of people. Indeed, happiness is rooted in society, so that people happiness increase is an index of a good society. Accordingly, scientists views such as Gidnz, Chelbi, Argail, Turner, Danger and Bisvas Dayner… have been used to sociological study of youth happiness status and it’s relationships with social capital. It would be searched by survey method on 18 -29 aged youth in Tehran. Descriptive findings show that pleasantness feelings mean, positive social trends and evaluation of life between studied youth are upper than medium .As a result, rate of happiness between respondents is higher than average slightly. Also, findings show that although, mean of social capital between studied youth is higher than average slightly, but quantity of social relationships have mean lower than medium. While average of quality of social relationships is equal to 59.41, Bivariate Analysis shows that there’s a positive relation between quality of social relationships and youth happiness. Also there’s a positive relation between quantity of social relationships and youth exhilaration. At last, according to Regression analysis, it can be concluded that quality variable of social relationships in compared with quantity of social relationships is more affectivein increase of youth happiness.

The article is a systematic review of the research done concerning elite migrations or brain drain in Iran, based on meta-analysis method. The outcome of the research findings, collect and disseminate research findings of individual studies to combine and integrate the findings of scientific and applied for, in line with the planning of the most important factors that led to the present systematic review. In this study, a systematic review of methods used. Useful descriptive information on the dimensions of methodological and substantive research has been done in the field of elite migration in Iran. The results show that in this case the dimensions of methodological and theoretical studies are needed to organize and less serious survey has been done in this area. Further studies are planned to assess the tendency to migrate into the elite of the elite migration has been less, such gaps in research in the field of migration and the elite.

One of the important issues in the life of any one is the mate selection. Mate selection and the criteria related to it, as a fundamental factor in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that underlie the growth and the development of society, have special importance. Given the importance of the issue, the objective of this research was to study the relationship between attachment styles and emotion regulation with mate selection among Kharazmi University single students.
This was a correlation study. The research society was all male and female students graduate BS, Kharazmi University of Tehran (93-92 academic year, a total of 5160 students). The sample of 250 people (125 male, 125 female) were selected by using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Then they completed Adult Attachment Style questionnaire, Emotional Regulation subscale and Mate Selection questionnaire. Data analysis, in both descriptive and inferential statistics, was performed using Pearson correlation, Stepwise regression and Independent T-test.
Results showed emotion regulation and secure attachment style had a significant positive correlation with components of mate selection including conscientiousness, extraversion and objectivity. Also, results of stepwise regression showed that emotion regulation and ambivalent attachment style can explain 23 percent of variance of conscientiousness of mate selection; Emotion regulation, anxious-ambivalent and avoidant attachment styles can explain 25 percent of variance of extraversion of mate selection, and anxious-ambivalent, avoidant and secure attachment styles can explain 17 percent of variance of objectivity of mate selection. The results of t-test showed that the two groups of male and female are different in conscientiousness of mate selection.
In conclusion, These results can be used in premarital consultation with determining attachment style and emotion regulation in order to predict their mate selection criteria.

The present article is to study social pathologies and risky behavior among the students and its social factors. The method of research is survey. The study’s theoretical framework is the combination of social strain and social adjustment theories .A sample of 300 students living in private dormitories of Tehran city was targeted in a questionnaire survey. The results of survey show that social pathologies such as smoking and watching porn sites and videos have the highest prevalence among students. Other findings display social strain and social adjustment has statistically significant relationship with dependent variable. The results of regression analysis shows independent valuables explain 0.10 percent from variation of dependent valuable.

This research is to study the effect of social capital and the dimensions on political participation. The research method is descriptive- analytical and data collection methods are library and the field study. The Statistical Society is the 15 to 29 year old young people in Bushehr province. Based on statistics reported , the number of 15 to 29 year old young people in Bushehr province was 214849 that a sample of 475 people were selected by random sampling method of Bushehr province between the city centers. The findings of the research showed that the level of political participation of %13/2 of them is low. Their political participation, %39/1 in average level and %47/6 at the level of high. A comparison with social capital showed that %17/4 of their subjects is a low level of social capital.%57 their level of social capital in the intermediate and %25/5 in high level. So, the most young people level of social capital is in medium. Also, the results of the research indicates a significant direct impact social capital and its dimensions (social trust, civic participation, civil protection) on political participation.
