چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری عدم‌قطعیت‌های راهبردی مؤثر بر آینده مدیریت ورزش کشتی ایران با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر ماهیت توصیفی–تحلیلی است و با استفاده از طرح پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، پیشران‌های مؤثر بر آینده مدیریت ورزش کشتی از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 26 نفر از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت، سیاست‌گذاری و مربیگری کشتی که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری انتخاب شده بودند، شناسایی گردید. داده‌های کیفی با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و در چارچوب مدل توسعه‌یافته PESTLIE تحلیل شد. در مرحله کمّی، به‌منظور تحلیل روابط ساختاری میان پیشران‌ها، پرسشنامه ماتریس اثرات متقابل با ابعاد 55×55 طراحی و توسط 8 نفر از مشارکت‌کنندگان مرحله کیفی به‌عنوان اعضای شورای راهبردی تکمیل گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل ساختاری و نرم‌افزار آینده‌پژوهی میک‌مک تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها منجر به شناسایی 55 پیشران مؤثر در ابعاد سیاسی–حکمرانی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی–فرهنگی، فناورانه، حقوقی–مقرراتی، بین‌المللی–ژئوپلیتیک و زیرساختی–محیطی شد. نتایج نشان داد پیشران‌هایی نظیر تحولات سیاسی کلان، پایداری منابع مالی فدراسیون، سطح حرفه‌ای‌سازی کشتی و روابط بین‌المللی ایران در کشتی جهان به‌عنوان عدم‌قطعیت‌های راهبردی نقش محوری در شکل‌دهی به آینده مدیریت ورزش کشتی ایفا می‌کنند. این نتیجه نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت ورزش کشتی ایران سیستمی پیچیده و پویاست که آینده آن بیش از آنکه خطی و قابل پیش‌بینی باشد، تحت تأثیر تعامل پیشران‌های کلان سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و بین‌المللی شکل می‌گیرد و تغییر در برخی پیشران‌های کلیدی می‌تواند پیامدهای گسترده‌ای در کل نظام ایجاد کند.

Futures Studies of Strategic Uncertainties in Wrestling Sport Management Using Cross-Impact Analysis

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify and structurally analyze the strategic uncertainties affecting the future of wrestling sport management in Iran using a futures studies approach.The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive–analytical innature,and was conducted using a sequential exploratory mixed-methods design.In the qualitative phase,the key driving forces influencingthe future ofwrestling sport management were identified through semi-structured interviews with 26 experts in wrestling management, policy-making, and coaching, who were selected via purposive sampling based on the principle of theoretical saturation.Qualitative data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis within the framework of the extended PESTLIE model. In the quantitative phase, to analyze the structural relationships among the driving forces, a cross-impact matrix questionnaire (55×55) was designed and completed by 8 participants from the qualitative phase who served as members of the strategic panel. Data were analyzed using structural cross-impact analysis and MICMAC futures studies software.The findings led to the identification of 55 driving forces across political–governance, economic, socio-cultural, technological,legal–regulatory, international–geopolitical, and infrastructural–environmental dimensions.The results indicated that driving forces such as major political developments, the sustainability of the federation’sfinancial resources, the levelof professionalization in wrestling, and Iran’s international relationsin global wrestling function as strategic uncertainties and play a pivotal role in shaping the futureof wrestlingsport management. These findings suggest that wrestling sport management inIran is acomplex and dynamic system whose future is shaped more bythe interaction ofmacro-level political, economic, social,and international driversthan bylinear andpredictable processes, and that changes in key drivers can generate wide-ranging effects across theentire system.
