چکیده

هدف : پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی سناریوهای آینده مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان توان‌خواه جسمی-حرکتی در افق ۱۴۱۷، با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و طرح تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمّی) انجام شد.

روش شناسی پژوهش: مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی شامل ۱۷ نفر از خبرگان حوزه ورزش معلولین و سیاست‌گذاری آموزشی بودند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا حد اشباع نظری انتخاب و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته مطالعه شدند. در بخش کمّی، داده‌ها با تشکیل شورای راهبردی (۸ نفر) و تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های ماتریس اثرات متقابل و سناریو گردآوری گردید.

یافته ها: تحلیل داده‌ها در مرحله نخست به شناسایی ۱۵ پیشران کلیدی منجر شد که با استفاده از تحلیل ساختاری در نرم‌افزار میک‌مک، سه عامل «سیاست‌های کلان و حکمرانی ملی»، «فناوری‌های نوین و تحولات دیجیتال» و «محیط اجتماعی-فرهنگی» به‌عنوان عدم‌قطعیت‌های بحرانی و اهرم‌های اصلی تغییر شناسایی شدند. در ادامه، با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار سناریو‌ویزارد، تحلیل فضای ریخت‌شناسی منجر به استخراج سه سناریوی متمایز شامل افق توانمندسازی (وضعیت مطلوب و هم‌افزا)، پیشرفت ناپایدار (وضعیت شکننده و دارای شکاف دیجیتال) و بن‌بست مشارکت (وضعیت نامطلوب و طرد سیستماتیک) گردید.

نتیجه گیری : در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد که آینده این حوزه نه یک سرنوشت محتوم، بلکه برآیندی از انتخاب‌های استراتژیک است که تحقق سناریوی مطلوب در آن مستلزم گذار پارادایمی از رویکردهای خیریه‌ای به رویکردهای حق‌مدار، استقرار عدالت دیجیتال و بازمهندسی فرهنگی در تعامل با خانواده‌ها می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract

Objective:The present study was conducted with the aim of designing future scenarios for the sports participation of students with physical-motor disabilities in the 2038 horizon, employing futures studies approach and an exploratory mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) research design. Method :Participants in the qualitative phase included 17 experts in the fields of disability sports and educational policy, selected via purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was achieved, and studied through semi-structured interviews. In the quantitative phase, data were collected through the formation of a strategic council (8 members) and the completion of cross-impact matrix and scenario questionnaires.

Results:Data analysis in the first stage led to the identification of 15 key drivers. Using structural analysis in MICMAC software, three factors "Macro-policies and National Governance," "New Technologies and Digital Transformations," and "Socio-cultural Environment" were identified as critical uncertainties and the main levers of change. Subsequently, utilizing ScenarioWizard software, morphological space analysis resulted in the extraction of three distinct scenarios: "Empowerment Horizon" (favorable and synergistic status), "Unstable Progress" (fragile status with a digital divide), and "Participation Deadlock" (unfavorable status and systematic exclusion). Ultimately.

Conclusion: the results demonstrated that the future of this domain is not an inevitable fate but the result of strategic choices. Realizing the favorable scenario requires a paradigm shift from charity-based to rights-based approaches, the establishment of digital equity, and cultural re-engineering in interaction with families.
