چکیده

هدف پژوهش تبیین مدل عوامل اثرگذار بر موفقیت کاروان‌های ورزشی ایران در المپیک ۲۰۲۸ با رویکرد آمیخته و طرح اکتشافی متوالی سه‌مرحله‌ای بود. در بخش کیفی و کمی نخست، ۳۴ مشارکت‌کننده شامل مدیران ارشد، مربیان المپیکی، دانشگاهیان و ورزشکاران باسابقه به‌صورت هدفمند و تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی دوم نیز جامعه شامل مدیران، مربیان و ورزشکاران تیم‌های ملی المپیکی بود که از میان آن‌ها ۳۷۰ نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای و بر اساس الزامات مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری برگزیده شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، پرسشنامه دلفی فازی، ماتریس خودتعاملی و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته با ۱۵ عامل و ۷۴ گویه بود. روایی و پایایی ابزارها در بخش کیفی با معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن و در بخش کمی با روایی صوری و سازه و آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. داده‌ها با تحلیل محتوای کیفی، محاسبات فازی، مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافته‌های کیفی ۱۵ عامل کلیدی را آشکار ساخت که در تحلیل دلفی همگی تأیید شدند. در سطح‌بندی مدل ساختاری–تفسیری، مدیریت اجرایییکپارچه، برنامه‌ریزی و منابع مالی در سطح زیربنایی و پایش عملکرد و حمایت روانی در سطح نهایی قرار گرفتند. در مدل معادلات ساختاری نیز از ۳۸ مسیر فرضیه‌ای، ۲۸ مسیر معنادار بود و مدیریت اجرایی یکپارچه اثرگذارترین عامل شناخته شد. در مجموع، نتایج نشان داد موفقیت کاروان ایران حاصل هم‌افزایی عوامل مدیریتی، نهادی، فنی و روان‌شناختی است و انسجام رهبری، سرمایه‌گذاری پایدار، بهره‌گیری از فناوری و توجه به سلامت جسمی و روانی ورزشکاران برای موفقیت پایدار در المپیک ۲۰۲۸ ضروری خواهد بود.

Key Success Factors of Iran’s Sports Delegation: Designing and Validating a Strategic Model for the 2028 Olympic Games

چکیده [English]

the purpose of this study was to explain a model of the factors influencing the success of Iran’s sports delegation at the 2028 Olympic Games using a mixed-method approach and a three-phase exploratory sequential design. In the qualitative and first quantitative phase, 34 participants—including senior managers, Olympic coaches, academics, and experienced athletes—were selected purposively until theoretical saturation. In the second quantitative phase, the population consisted of managers, coaches, and athletes of the national Olympic teams, from which 370 individuals were chosen through stratified random sampling based on the requirements of structural equation modeling. Data collection tools included semi-structured interviews, a fuzzy Delphi questionnaire, a structural self-interaction matrix, and a researcher-made questionnaire with 15 factors and 74 items. The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed through Guba and Lincoln’s criteria (qualitative) and face and construct validity along with Cronbach’s alpha (quantitative). The qualitative phase revealed 15 key factors, all of which were confirmed in the Delphi analysis. In the ISM hierarchy, integrated executive management, planning, and financial resources formed the foundational level, while performance monitoring and psychological support were placed at the top. The SEM results showed that out of 38 hypothesized paths, 28 were significant, with integrated executive management identified as the most influential driver. The success of Iran’s delegation is the result of the synergy of managerial, institutional, technical, and psychological factors, and that leadership cohesion, sustainable investment, technological utilization, and attention to athletes’ physical and mental health are essential for enduring success at the 2028 Olympics.
