چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و آزمون مدلی برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر تحقق عدالت جنسیتی در ورزش زنان ایران انجام شد. مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی–پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان و فعالان حوزه ورزش بانوان بود که با نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس و به‌صورت برخط، ۳۸۹ نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخت بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط ۱۲ عضو هیأت‌علمی مدیریت ورزشی تأیید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی اثبات شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS انجام گرفت. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد چهار مؤلفه اصلی شامل اقدامات عینی (۳۵۷/۰)، زیرساخت‌های حمایتی (۲۳۴/۰)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (۱۹۵/۰) و ظرفیت‌های بالقوه توسعه (۲۸۲/۰) تأثیر معناداری بر ارتقای عدالت جنسیتی دارند. اقدامات عملیاتی با بالاترین ضریب، نقش محوری داشته و بر اولویت سیاست‌گذاری‌های اجرایی تأکید دارد. ظرفیت‌های توسعه نیز اهمیت سرمایه‌های انسانی، نهادی و سیاسی را نشان می‌دهند. زیرساخت‌ها و شرایط زمینه‌ای نیز به‌عنوان عوامل مکمل عمل می‌کنند. دستیابی به عدالت جنسیتی پایدار در ورزش زنان، نیازمند رویکردی جامع و هماهنگ در سه سطح سیاست‌گذاری کلان، توانمندسازی نهادی و بازطراحی ساختارهای موجود است. مدل ارائه‌شده می‌تواند نقشه‌راهی عملی برای تصمیم‌سازان و مجریان حوزه ورزش زنان فراهم آورد و زمینه‌ساز تحول ساختاری در این عرصه باشد.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to develop and test a model for identifying factors affecting the realization of gender justice in women's sports in Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of experts and activists in the field of women's sports, from which 389 individuals were selected using a non-random convenience sampling method and online distribution. The main research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose face and content validity were confirmed by 12 faculty members in sport management, and its reliability was established through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software.

The results of structural equation modeling indicated that four main components—namely objective measures (0.357), supportive infrastructures (0.234), contextual conditions (0.195), and potential development capacities (0.282)—all had a significant impact on promoting gender justice. Operational measures, with the highest path coefficient, played a pivotal role and emphasized the priority of executive policies and interventionist programs. Development capacities also highlighted the importance of human, institutional, and political capital. Infrastructures and contextual conditions also functioned as complementary factors.

Achieving sustainable gender justice in women's sports requires a comprehensive and coordinated approach at three levels: macro-policy making, institutional empowerment, and redesigning existing structures. The proposed model can serve as a practical roadmap for decision-makers and practitioners in the field of women's sports and pave the way for structural transformation in this area.
