چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین کارایی هیات‌های کاراته استان های کشور با استفاده از مدل BCC می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از منظر پارادایم از نوع تحقیقات فرااثبات، رویکرد کمی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و تکنیک مورد استفاده در تحقیق تحلیل پوششی داده‌هاست. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 31 هیات‌ کاراته فعال در استان های کشور بود. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه پنج‌ارزشی و در قالب روش فازی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. روایی محتوی و صوری پرسشنامه توسط گروه کانونی تحقیق شامل اساتید راهنما و مشاور و دو تن از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت‌ورزشی در قالب فرم های CVR و CVI مورد تایید قرار‌گرفت. در نهایت کارشناسان و خبرگان شامل 30 تن از روسای هیات های کاراته استان های کشور ، مربیان بین‌المللی استان و قهرمانان کاراته استان های کشور بودند نسبت به اهمیت هر کدام از شاخص های ورودی و خروجی اظهار نظر کردند. در سال های 1394 تا 1398 در الگوی BCC ورودی «بودجه»، نقش بیشتری در تعیین میزان کارآیی هیات ها داشته است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود در سال های 1394، 1395 و 1396 خروجی «ورزش قهرمانی» نقش بیشتری در تعیین میزان کارآیی هیات ها داشته است. در سال 1397 و 1398 نیز خروجی «ورزش همگانی» نقش بیشتری در میزان کارآیی هیات ها داشت. با حذف این خروجی ها میانگین کارآیی هیات ها با کاهش بیشتری مواجه شده است. همچنین نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین خروجی های هیات ها با میزان کارآیی BCC هیات ها ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت.

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of karate boards in the provinces of the country using the BCC model. From the paradigm perspective, the present study is a meta-proof research, quantitative approach, in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of this study included 31 karate teams active in the provinces of the country. The instrument used was a value-added questionnaire in the form of a fuzzy method. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the focus group of the research, including supervisors and consultants and two experts in the field of sports management in the form of CVR and CVI forms. Finally, experts including 30 heads of karate boards of the country's provinces, international coaches of the province and karate champions of the country's provinces commented on the importance of each of the input and output indicators. In the years 1394 to 1398 in the BCC model of budget input, has played a greater role in determining the efficiency of staff. The results showed that in 1394 to 1396, the output of championship sports has played a greater role in determining the efficiency of the staff. In 1397 and 1398 the output of public sports had a greater role in the efficiency of the staff. By eliminating these outputs, the average efficiency of staffs has been further reduced. Also, the results of Pearson correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between staff outputs and staff BCC efficiency.
