چکیده
هدف پژوهش، طراحی مدل اولویت‌های استراتژیک در توسعه حرفه‌ای مربیان فوتبال ایران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. داده‌های تحقیق به صورت میدانی و به شیوه آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) گردآوری شد. نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی بر اساس پنل تخصصی و هدفمند و برابر با 18 نفر بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل مسئولان آموزش فدراسیون فوتبال، کمیته فنی و مسئولان آموزش هیأت‌های فوتبال استان‌ها برابر با 56 نفر بودند. به دلیل محدود بودن اعضا، جامعه به صورت تمام شمار به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق بررسی اسناد بالادستی، پیشینه پژوهش، نظرهای خبرگان و پرسشنامه‌های باز و بسته به‌دست آمد. برای تدوین استراتژی‌ها از روش تجزیه و تحلیل سوات و برای تعیین اولویت‌های اقدام از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که نظام آموزش و توسعه مربیان فدراسیون فوتبال، دارای هشت قوت، نه ضعف، شش فرصت و شش تهدید است. با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل سوات 11 استراتژی طراحی گردید که در شش سطح، ساختاردهی شدند. استراتژی‌های توسعه سنجیده کمی و کیفی مربیگری حرفه‌ای و توسعه مربیگری فوتبال بانوان در سطح اول و استراتژی‌های توسعه کمی و کیفی مدرسین مربیگری و توسعه تعاملات و مراودات با کشورهای پیشرو فوتبال جهت یادگیری بین‌المللی در سطح زیربنایی قرار گرفتند. تعامل و انعقاد تفاهم‌نامه همکاری با کشورهای صاحب سبک جهت استفاده از تجربیات توسعه فنی آن‌ها و کیفی‌سازی دوره‌های مربیگری، دستیابی به توسعه حرفه‌ای مربیان را هموار خواهد کرد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to design a model of strategic priorities in the professional development of Iranian football coaches. The research method is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. Research data were collected in the field and in a mixed manner (qualitative and quantitative). Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and purposeful panel and was equal to 18 people. The statistical population in the small section, including the officials of the football federation and the provincial football delegations, was equal to 56 people. Due to the limited number of members, the community became equal to the sample. Research data were obtained through a review of research background, expert opinions and a questionnaire. Swat analysis method was used to formulate strategies and interpretive structural modeling method was used to determine action priorities. The findings showed that the training and development system of the Football Federation coaches has eight strengths, nine weaknesses, six opportunities and six threats. Using SWOT analysis, 11 strategies were designed that were structured in six levels. Quantitative and quantitative development strategies of coaching and development of women's soccer coaching were at the first level and quantitative and qualitative development strategies of coaching instructors and development interactions with leading football countries for international learning were at the basic level. Interacting and concluding a memorandum of cooperation with countries with football style to use their technical development experiences and quality of coaching courses, will pave the way for the development of coaches' professions.
