چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی پارادایمی نگهداری خیرین ورزشی با تأکید بر ساخت اماکن ورزشی بود.

روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد سیستماتیک بود. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب‌نظران و متخصصین حوزه جذب و نگهداری خیرین در ورزش بود که نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و تا اشباع نظری داده‌ها ادامه یافت و تعداد 16 مصاحبه فردی نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش سیستماتیک اشتراوس و کوربین شامل کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: در مجموع 124 کد اولیه ایجاد شد؛ سپس تمامی کدهای مشابه در گروه خاص خود قرار گرفتند و به 27 مقوله فرعی تقلیل یافتند و نهایتاً بر اساس کدهای باز ثانویه، 10 مقوله اصلی ایجاد شد که شامل کمبود زیرساخت‌های ورزشی، توسعه ورزش، عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی، عوامل اقتصادی، اعتمادسازی، تعامل سازنده با خیرین، هم‌افزایی دولت و خیرین، فرهنگ‌سازی و آموزش، تأثیرات اجتماعی و توسعه ورزش و زیرساخت‌ها می‌باشند، در ادامه و طی فرایند کدگذاری محوری و انتخابی مقوله‌های شناسایی‌شده در الگوی پارادایمی قرار گرفته و روابط بین آن‌ها تعیین شد؛ بدین ترتیب الگوی نگهداری خیرین ورزشی با تأکید بر ساخت اماکن ورزشی تدوین گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری: وزارت ورزش و جوانان با هم اندیشی با دیگر سازمان های متولی امور خیریه مانند اداره اوقاف، سازمان مدیریت مساجد و حوزه های علمیه و آموزش و پرورش با در نظر گرفتن مشوق ها و قوانین حمایتی می تواند تا حد زیادی باعث نگهداری خیرین ورزشی جهت ادامه سرمایه گذاری در توسعه اماکن ورزشی گردد.

چکیده [English]

Objective:The present study objective was to design a paradigm model for the maintenance of sports donors with an emphasis on the construction of sports venues.

Methodology: The study Methodology was qualitative based on grounded theory and systematic approach. The statistical population included experts and specialists in the field of attracting and retaining donors in sports. Sampling used based on Theoretical approach and data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, Strauss and Corbin's systematic method including open, axial, and selective three-step encodings was used.

Results: Totally 124 initial code were created, Then all the same code were placed in its own category and reduced to 27 Subcategory, Eventually, 10 main categories were created based on secondary open source codes which included Lack of sports infrastructure, sports development, managerial factors, socio-cultural factors, economic factors, confidence building, constructive interaction with donors, government and donor synergy, culture and education, social effects and development of sports and infrastructure.Then, during the axial and selective coding process, the identified categories were placed in a paradigm model and the relationships between them were determined; Thus, the model of the maintenance of sports donors with an emphasis on the construction of sports venues was compiled.

Conclusion: Recommended to managers and officials of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with Appreciate the sports donors as well as the information and planning in this area, keep the donors ready for future collaborations in the field of construction of sports venues.
