چکیده

اهمیت ورزش در پرورش نسل جوان به عنـوان سـرمایه انسـانی هـر کشـور مـورد توجـه کشورهای صنعتی و ثروتمند بوده‌است و این کشورها در زمینه برنامه‌ریزی ایجاد تجهیزات ورزشـی و سرمایه گذاری‌های زیربنایی در ورزش پیشرو می‌باشند و درواقع همین امر موجب تـداوم موفقیت این کشورها در میادین بین المللی شـده‌اسـت. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل مسیر های موفقیت فوتبال ایران بود. تحقیق حاضر کاربردی و به صورت کیفی-کمّی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران ورزشی، مدیران فدراسیون فوتبال و اساتید دانشگاه و فعالان در ورزش از سراسر کشور بودند. نمونه‌گیری به شیوه نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی بوده به صورت هدفمند و غیرتصادفی انجام شده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش از 22 استاد خبره(4زن و18 مرد) تشکیل شده است. با بررسی کدهای بازی که در هر یک از گروه های شش‌گانه (شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه ا‌ی، استراتژی های عمل و اقدامات اساسی، پیامدها، راهبردها و شرایط مداخله‌گر) قرار گرفتند، مشخص شد که این کدها قابلیت انتساب به یک طبقه بالاتر از انتزاع را دارند. نتایج نشان داد که استعدادیابی، توجه به عوامل اقتصادی، استفاده از اخلاق مداری و جهت گیری سیاسی، ویژگی های ژنتیکی و انگیزه در رسیدن به موفقیت، بهبود عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی، گسترش روابط بین سازمان ها، استفاده از مدیران نخبه، برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و جذب منابع انسانی متخصص به منظور ارتقاع سطح مدیریت، استفاده از مدرسان خارجی، پرورش مربیان در تمام سطوح و در نهایت نظارت بر اماکن، تأسیسات ورزشی و اداری فدراسیون‌ و توزیع عادلانه اماکن موردنیاز می‌تواند در موفقیت فوتبال نقش اساسی ایفا نماید.

چکیده [English]

The importance of sport in educating the young generation as a human capital of every country has been considered by industrialized and rich countries,and these countries are leaders in planning sports equipment and infrastructure investments in sports,and in fact this leads to continued success. These countries are in the international arena. The aim of this study was to present a model of Iranian football success paths. The present study is applied and qualitative-quantitative. The statistical population of this study was sports managers, football federation managers and university professors and sports activists from all over the country. Sampling in this study was done by snowball sampling method in a purposeful and non-random manner.The statistical sample of this research consists of 22 expert professors (4 women and 18 men). By examining the game codes that were placed in each of the six groups (causal conditions, contextual conditions, action strategies and basic actions, consequences, strategies and intervention conditions), these codes can be assigned to one category.The research showed that talent identification, attention to economic factors, use of ethics and political orientation, genetic characteristics and motivation to achieve success, improve social and cultural factors, expand relationships between organizations, use elite managers, program Strategic planning and recruitment of specialized human resources in order to improve the level of management, use of foreign instructors, training of coaches at all levels and finally monitoring the facilities, sports and administrative facilities of the federation, and fair distribution of required facilities can play a key role in football success
