چکیده

مسئله تکنولوژی و نوآوری سازمان های ورزشی در دوران معاصر به عنوان فرایندی اثر بخش بر عملکرد سازمان ارزیابی می شود. هدف از پژوهش تدوین مدل سازمان ورزشی نوآور در راستای تحقق سند چشم انداز ایران 1404 و ارتباط آن با عملکرد سازمان های ورزشی منتخب بود. روش تحقیق در بخش کیفی با مصاحبه با تاکید بر روش پدیدارشناسی و بخش کمی با پرسشنامه و از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. در بخش کیفی، نمونهگیری با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی توسط 10 نفر از نخبگان انجام صورت پذیرفت و سه مرحله کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) انجام شد. جهت پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه از روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی در دسترس هدفمند 324 نفر از دانشجویان و اساتید مدیریت ورزشی استفاده شد. از نرم افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس و نرم افزار پی.ال.اس در بخش کمی استفاده گردید. یافته ها: راهکارهای موثر تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عوامل موثر و تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر موانع دارد. همچنین موانع تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر عوامل موثر و مدل سازمان ورزشی نوآور در راستای تحقق سند چشم انداز دارد. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که عوامل موثر تاثیر معناداری بر مدل سازمان ورزشی نوآور در راستای تحقق سند چشم انداز دارد. همچنین منظر مشتری ، منظر مالی ، منظر فرایندهای داخلی، منظر یادگیری و رشد و عملکرد سازمان های ورزشی می باشد در نتیجه میتوان گفت بین سازمان ورزشی نوآور در راستای تحقق سند چشم انداز ایران 1404 با عملکرد سازمان های ورزشی منتخب و مولفه های آن ارتباط وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The issue of technology and innovation of sports organizations in the contemporary era is evaluated as an effective process on the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of an innovative sports organization in order to realize the vision document of Iran 1404 and its relationship with the performance of selected sports organizations. The research method in the qualitative part was interview with emphasis on phenomenological method and the quantitative part was with a questionnaire and descriptive-survey type. In the qualitative part, sampling was performed using the snowball method by 10 elites and three coding steps (open, axial and selective) were performed. In order to answer the questionnaire, 324 students and professors of sports management used non-random sampling method. SPSS software and PLS software were used in small quantities. Results: Effective solutions have a positive and significant effect on effective factors and a negative and significant effect on barriers. Obstacles also have a negative and significant impact on the effective factors and the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document. Finally, the results showed that the effective factors have a significant impact on the model of the innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document. Also, the customer perspective is the financial perspective, the perspective of internal processes, the perspective of learning and growth and performance of sports organizations. Therefore, it can be said that the innovative sports organization There is a connection.
