چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل آمایش بخش ورزش استان مرکزی با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) انجام شد. روش تحقیق آمیخته و مبتنی بر استدلال قیاسی- استقرایی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان ورزش و دانشگاه بود و از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب افراد نمونه استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و EXCEL انجام گرفت. با استفاده تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، عوامل موثر در بخش ورزش در 6 دسته اصلی تقسیم‌بندی شدند: (1) تشویق بخش خصوصی به سرمایه‌گذاری در ورزش؛ (2) توسعه و تجهیز مسیرهای گردشگری؛ (3) تقویت زیرساخت‌های ورزشی از طریق حمایت‌های دولتی؛ (4) بهره‌گیری بهینه و اصولی از نیروی انسانی در ابعاد مختلف ورزشی؛ (5) بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در راستای توسعه اهداف ورزشی؛ و (6) برنامه‌ریزی‌های مدون و سازمان‌یافته در حوزه ورزش. سپس از مدل ساختاری تفسیری برای تدوین مدل استفاده شد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was carried out with the aim of developing a training model of the sports department of the central province with the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) approach. The research method was mixed and based on deductive-inductive reasoning. The statistical population of this research included sports and university experts and the purposeful sampling method was used to select sample people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done through SPSS and EXCEL software. Using exploratory factor analysis, the effective factors in the sports sector were divided into 6 main categories: (1) encouraging the private sector to invest in sports; (2) developing and equipping tourist routes; (3) strengthening sports infrastructure through government support; (4) optimal and principled use of human resources in different dimensions of sports; (5) using information technology in line with the development of sports goals; and (6) codified and organized planning in the field of sports. Then the interpretive structural model was used to develop the model.
