چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشران‌‌های کلیدی فدارسیون والیبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد آینده‌‌نگری راهبردی بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ روش‌‌شناسی از نوع آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی رویکرد پژوهش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی دلفی فازی و آینده‌‌نگری رهیافت تحلیل ساختاری بود. مشارکت‌‌کنندگان این پژوهش را در بخش کیفی مربیان تیم‌‌های ملی و باشگاهی، ورزشکاران تیم ملی، داوران بین المللی، روسای هیات والیبال، سرپرستان و اعضای هیات رئیسه فدارسیون والیبال و در بخش کمی کارشناسان و اساتید دانشگاه تشکیل می‌‌دادند. در بخش کیفی مشارکت‌‌کنندگان هدفمند انتخاب شدند و مبتنی بر اشباع نظری با 20 نفر از آن‌‌ها مصاحبه شد. در بخش کمی نیز از روش نمونه‌‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد و براساس 4 معیار تجربۀ کاری در حوزه ورزش والیبال، دانش در حوزه آینده‌‌پژوهی، داشتن تحصیلات تکمیلی و سابقه کاری بالاتر از 10 سال 10 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و ماتریس با ابعاد 46×46 بود که روایی و پایایی آن‌‌ها تأیید گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد در مجموع 46 پیشران مؤثر بر آینده فدارسیون والیبال ایران 8 پیشران تحت عناوین «قرار گرفتن در جمع چهار تیم برتر جهان و المپیک»، «لیگ پویا»، «قهرمانی در آسیا و بازی‌های آسیایی»، «سرمایه گذاری در بحث استعدادیابی»، «ظرفیت والیبال ایران»، «قدرتمند شدن رقبا»، «جذب حامیان مالی» و «پشتوانه سازی» نقش کلیدی‌‌تری بر روی اقدامات فدارسیون والیبال ایران در آینده دارند. بنابراین لازم است فدارسیون والیبال ایران برای سرمایه گذاری در آینده و همگام بودن با آن استراتژی‌‌ها و برنامه‌‌هایش را مبتنی بر این پیشران‌‌ها تنظیم کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to identify the key drivers of the Volleyball Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran using a strategic foresight approach. The research methodology was mixed, utilizing content analysis in the qualitative section and fuzzy Delphi and structural analysis in the quantitative section. Participants included national and club team coaches, national team athletes, international referees, volleyball officials, and members of the executive board of the Volleyball Federation in the qualitative section, while experts and university professors were selected in the quantitative section based on criteria such as work experience in volleyball, knowledge of futures studies, advanced education, and over 10 years of work experience. In the qualitative section, participants were selected through sampling and theoretical saturation, and 20 of them were interviewed. In the quantitative section, sampling was also used, and 10 individuals were selected based on four criteria: work experience in volleyball, knowledge of futures studies, advanced education, and over 10 years of work experience. Data collection tools included interviews, The results of this research indicated that out of a total of 46 influential drivers on the future of the Iranian Volleyball Federation, eight key drivers under the titles of "Being among the top four teams in the world and the Olympics," "Dynamic League," "Asian Championships and Asian Games," "Investment in talent identification," "Iranian volleyball capacity," Strengthening competitors," "Attracting financial supporters," and "Providing support" played a more critical role in the future actions of the Iranian Volleyball Federation.
