چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر اعتباریابی شاخص‌ها و عوامل موثر بر دولت الکترونیک در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی، از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی و از جمله پژوهش‌های کاربردی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش جامعه آماری پژوهش کارشناسان و کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند بودند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه در مرحله کمی از نرم‌افزار SPSS Sample Power استفاده شد. با استفاده از این روش حجم نمونه برابر با 370 نفر برآورد گردید، که 370 پرسشنامه در بین جامعه آماری پخش و جمع آوری گردید برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که برگرفته از یافته‌های قسمت کیفی بود، استفاده شد. سؤالات این بخش براساس الگوی برآمده از مرحله کیفی پژوهش بدست آمد. نوع امتیازدهی به این پرسشنامه براساس طیف 5 ارزشی لیکرت بود. ادامه جهت اعتباریابی الگوی مطلوب مدل مورد نظر از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری رویکرد تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده میشود. به این منظور از نرم‌افزار Smart Pls بهره گرفته شد. . بر مبنای تحلیل دادهها 70 مفهوم اولیه، 13 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد. عوامل شناسایی شده عوامل زیرساختی، عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی، عوامل مدیریتی سازمانی، عوامل مالی اقتصادی، بستر سازی برای دسترسی به محتوای دیجیتال، دسترسی به خدمات انلاین، سرمایه انسانی، کیفیت سیستم، کیفیت اطلاعات، اعتماد، رضایت شهروندان، سودمندی ادراک شده و سهولت کاربرد ادراک شده بود. نتایج بدست آمده بیانگر تایید گویه‌ها و عوامل در آزمون های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و دوم بودبه این معنی بارهای عاملی گویه ها و عوامل بالاتر از 4/0 بودند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the current research was to validate the factors and factors affecting e-government in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The current descriptive-correlational research was a survey research and one of the applied researches that was conducted in the field. The statistical population of the research was the experts and employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. SPSS Sample Power software was used to determine the sample size in the quantitative stage. Using this method, the sample size was estimated to be 370 people, and 370 questionnaires were distributed and collected among the statistical population. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, which was derived from the findings of the qualitative part. The questions of this section were obtained based on the pattern emerging from the qualitative phase of the research. . Further, in order to validate the desired pattern of the desired model, the structural equation modeling of the confirmatory factor analysis approach is used. For this purpose, Smart Pls software was used.Based on the data analysis of 70 primary concepts, 13 main categories were identified. The factors identified in this research include infrastructural factors, financial and economic factors, creating a platform for access to digital content, access to online services, human capital, The obtained results showed the confirmation of the items and factors in the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis tests, which means that the factor loadings of the items and factors were higher than 0.4.
