چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، ارائه مدل توسعه فوتبال پایه ایران بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و داده‌ها به‌صورت کیفی با روش داده بنیاد، بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع نظری و انجام 17 مصاحبه عمیق گردآوری شد و بر اساس روش پیشنهادی استراس و کوربین (2011) به‌صورت همزمان کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام و عوامل و شاخص‌ها دسته‌بندی شد و درنهایت مدل تحقیق ترسیم گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مدل توسعه فوتبال پایه ایران، دارای 27 مقوله اصلی و 97 مقوله فرعی در قالب شرایط زمینهای، عوامل مداخله‌گر، عوامل علی، راهبردها و پیامدها است. همچنین بر اساس یافته‌ها جذابیت و جایگاه فوتبال در بین مردم، ساختار سازمانی و اقدامات فدراسیون فوتبال به‌عنوان عوامل زمینهای، استعدادیابی، عوامل انگیزشی فردی، عوامل انگیزاننده سازمانی، برنامه اجرایی فوتبال پایه، عدالت محوری، فرصت‌های رشد، زمینهای چمن، تجهیزات، مربیان متخصص فوتبال پایه و آکادمی‌ها و مدارس فوتبال به‌عنوان عوامل علی و شرایط اقلیمی و فرهنگی، عوامل انگیزشی و نگرشی خانواده‌ها و پیشرفت رقبا و توسعه فوتبال در جهان به‌عنوان شرایط مداخله‌گر بر راهبردها تأثیر می‌گذارند و نیز تحقق راهبردهای سازماندهی، توسعه تعاملات و ارتباطات، توانمندسازی و بهره‌وری منابع انسانی، توسعه نظام مدیریت استعداد، درآمدزایی و نظارت و پایش بر پیامدها اثرگذار است. می‌توان گفت که توجه به عوامل علی و دستیابی به راهبردها و اجرای آن‌ها، پیامدهایی از قبیل افزایش و استمرار افتخارات فوتبال پایه، پشتوانه سازی برای فوتبال بزرگسالان و توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای در پی دارد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this research was to provide a model for the development of basic football in Iran. This research is practical in terms of purpose and the data was collected qualitatively with the foundation data method, based on theoretical sampling and conducting 17 in-depth interviews, and based on the method suggested by Strauss and Corbin (2011) simultaneously, open coding, axial and Selection was done and the factors and indicators were categorized and finally the research model was drawn. The findings showed that Iran's basic football development model has 27 main categories and 97 subcategories in the form of background conditions, intervening factors, causal factors, strategies and consequences. Also, based on the findings, the attractiveness and place of football among the people, the organizational structure and actions of the football federation as background factors, talent search, individual motivational factors, organizational motivational factors, basic football executive program, centered justice, growth opportunities, grass fields, equipment, coaches Basic football specialist and football academies and schools as causal factors and climatic and cultural conditions, motivational and attitudinal factors of families and the progress of competitors and development of football in the world as interfering conditions affect strategies as well as the realization of organizational strategies, development of interactions and communications, Empowerment and productivity of human resources, development of talent management system, income generation, and supervision and monitoring are effective on the results.ll.
