Abstract
Evidence suggests that in recent years football has been recognized as a promising discipline. So, managers face challenges due to the lack of a comprehensive plan for professional football and human resource development in this area. The research is to identify the factors influencing the design of a comprehensive professional curriculum in Iran. This research is an applied research method and is based on qualitative method using grounded theory. In order to identify the main factors, first, using the library studies and studying related articles, the main points were clarified. Then, the main factors were identified using the interviews. The statistical population of the study consisted of 7 instructors, 7 referees and 16 players. The participants were selected to identify and extract a range of information about the professional experience in football. They were selected by non-randomized snowball method and interviewed individually at the workplace. The number of individuals selected was based on theoretical saturation, and the person 21 was treated with repetitive cases and interviews were conducted by 30 people in order to ensure that the interview findings were continued. The data was analyzed using open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Finally, there are 7 categories (organizational factors, government factors, individual factors, behavioral factors, motivational factors, relationships among human resources, outcomes), 12 concepts (facilities and facilities, human resources, financial structure, planning and management, the role of government Role of the family, individual role, personality attitudes, course acquisition, motivation during the course, interpersonal relationships, negative outcomes, positive outcomes) were found to be important factors in providing a comprehensive professional football model.
It is suggested that the factors selected should be considered in order to design the professional model of football and the authorities should take steps to improve the status of human resources and career conditions.
